Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Operation Of China 's Property Conservation System

Property preservation system is an important system in the civil litigation. Under such situations that the current imperfect market economic system of China and the lack of social credit mechanism, macro economic growth downward pressure increases, and the number of property preservation cases increases due to folk loan crisis broke out in some districts. The property preservation system plays an more important role during trial and execution. On the one hand, the property preservation system can effectively ensure the smooth implementation of the judgment documents, to solve "difficult to execute" has important significance; on the other hand, the property preservation system can effectively improve the trial efficiency, favorable mediation, realizes case closed and disputed-terminated.At the same time, we should see, at present China’s property preservation system in actual operation, there are still a lot of problems.
