A Study On The Relationship Between Doctor And Patient In The View Of Harmonious Society

Medical doctor-patient relationship is the core of interpersonal relations. Harmonious doctor-patient relationship requires more than just treat patients with the disease, but also to build the proper meaning of a harmonious society. However, with the increase in medical disputes, the doctor-patient relationship showing a worsening trend, doctor-patient conflicts become an important aspect of social conflicts. Improve the doctor-patient relationship is building a harmonious society inevitable move.This paper is a problem-oriented, we focus on the physician-patient relationship and use theoretical analysis and use material as evidence, according to the " the current situation of doctor-patient relationship-the hazards of patient relationship-the deterioration of the doctor-patient relationship reasons-the ways to make the doctors improving patient relationship better,"the research ideas, focusing on analysis resulting in deterioration of the doctor-patient relationship reasons, and then propose measures to improve the doctor-patient relationship and suggestions.The results revealed that deterioration of the doctor-patient relationship is the ostensible reason for doctors to induce demand, both doctors and patients lack the necessary and effective communication and they do not trust each other, but the deeper reason is the imbalance of medical resource allocation which caused by the drawbacks of medical management system. Thus, if we want to improve the worsening doctor-patient relationship, we should first improve the trust and communication between the doctor and patient as the main gripper. But deepen reform of the medical system and balanced allocation of medical resources is the core to solve the doctor-patient contradiction and promote harmonious doctor-patient relationship. So this article puts forward the following countermeasures:Perfecting the supervision and execution system in medical disputes and improve the pharmaceutical supervisory and administrative system, improve the quality of hospital services, set up the mechanism of doctor-patient communication, balanced allocation of medical resources, enhance the promotion of medicine science and standardize the doctor-patient relationship public opinion direction. The four suggestions on how to improve doctor-patient trust and communication for the gripper, but the key to problem solving is how to reform the unreasonable medical management system, to promote the balanced allocation of medical resources.
