| As an institutional reform of China intenting to build service-oriented government and to improve the credibility and execution of administrative acts,administrative interviews is an important achievement in the field of administrative law enforcement that shifts from single mandatory behavior patterns to a wide range of flexible enforcement paradigm. In this paper, we have a definition of the basic concepts of administrative interviews, as well as the specific characteristics and the legal nature. Then we have a further determination on its basis of effectiveness, which will prevent the harm of illegal behavior in legislation and law enforcement practice,and ultimately establish a solid theoretical foundation for its institutionalization and standardization. |
