Mostly manufacturing enterprise's technique of shafts'measurement is still stay at manually testing lever and traditional test methods have the defects like large blunder, inefficiency and low productivity. Based on analyzing the development and tendency of cone roller bearing at home and abroad,the systems of roller bearing diameter test and algorithm are studied ,which is following the design principle-convenience, good practicability, high reliability low cost.On the base of actual application requirement in the field of machine vision, this thesis is focused on the research of an algorithm for Circular Parts Subpixel Size Base on Multiscale Space.
