| Voice Switching and Control System is one of the important equipments in air traffic control.Voice switching and control system is similar to the telephone exchange system.Because it is used in air traffic control, so the requirements of safety and reliability are higher. The paper first describes the equipments commonly used in the air traffic control.Then analyzed two possible solution according the requirement of one air traffic control station and choose the mature one to design.Three jobs are completed in this paper.They are the design of protocal translate board, the design of voice switch and the design of control terminal.Firstly, the protocal translate board are designed for translating data packet between Ethernet used in monitoring PC and REM bus used in XU250A radio. In this design, first, the virtual logic analyzer which was made by myself is used to analyze the format of the REM bus.Second,a simulaton board of XU250A by SCM is used to analyze the meaning of the REM bus data.At last according the format and meaning information,the protocal translate borad which uses C8051F120 as its control core are designed.This board complete one important step of the control and monitoring system.Considering the specific requirement of voice switch, a analog voice switch which uses C8051F120 as the control center and uses CD22M3494 analog matrix switch for voice switching circuit is designed.The voice switch take the method of separating itselft to the interface board and switch board.Because of the require of the air traffic control station,the switch board is designed to have 6 listening channel,to make sure thate a terminal can listen to 6 different radio at one time.In this paper,at last, voice switch and protocal are debuged and tested each.Then after the step,they are debuged and tested with other modelsThe system performed well in the functional tests, achieved the required the basic functions of air traffic control station.Its stability and reliability have yet to be verified. |
