Coal mine safety problems have attracted great attention in China,but the coal mine safety accidents, after the rescue work is not in place or exposing the current loopholes in the management of coal mines.So, to solve the problem, This paper presents a personnel integrated management system for mine design and implementation, the system is mainly responsible for the overall mine management personnel and equipment data, for mine staff on the location and basic information of the real-time display, monitoring of the mine environment, to respond to emergencies. System consists of PC programs and equipment composition lower machine, PC processes were mainly responsible for data and information view real-time display lower computer equipment is mainly responsible for data collection, personnel positioning. Two parts together constitute the whole system.This system needs from the start of mine on the analysis and comparison of the existing system. And developed according to the actual needs of the design of the system, This paper introduces the system, database design, functional design, interface design and other aspects of design, and explains the design concept. For the underground program, introduces basic information about the structural design, but also introduced the three important parts of the mine design, the mobile terminal module, benchmarking modules, sub-station coordination module. Finally, self organized network aspects of the structure gives a top-down based on known to send the message to complete the self organized network.In the final part of the article, by comparing the various algorithms in wireless sensor networks, among the advantages of the algorithm extracting ideas and circumstances based on the actual design of a great forward angle based algorithm for the GPSR algorithm to complete the underground transmission of information. Finally, simulation results show that the conditions set in the text, the usefulness and superiority of this algorithm.
