The Design And Implementation Of E-Monitoring System For Administrative Approval

China requires governments of all levels to provide service for enterprises and citizens by the platform of e-government system. As the primary functional unit, Chongqing Construction Commission regards it significant to implement the information management system for urban construction, so as to improve the administrative efficiency remarkably, reduce the administrative cost, realize collaborative offices and construct an electrified virtual unit.The thesis deals with the requirement of Chongqing on the development of urban information management system and focuses on the e-monitoring system for administrative approval in Chongqing. Based on the all-around knowledge about the technology for this system, we propose the integrated model of the e-monitoring system for administrative approval in Chongqing---the e-monitoring system for administrative approval based on B/S structure. Meanwhile, we probe into the design methods, software structure and implementation technology in this thesis. The whole design of this system is based on B/S structure, SQL 2005 database and Flowplatform. There are three structuring levels in this system, namely, DAL, BLL and Web, which are developed on Net Framework 3.5. The result of implementation shows that the design of this thesis achieves the success of all the functions of the e-monitoring system for administrative approval, and can meet all the demands of Chongqing Construction Commission.
