The temperature and humidity of grain are the main factors that influence grain's quality. So the monitor system of grain has been an important subject in the field of grain storage in our country for several years. In traditional, the most of granaries have cable measurement equipment to obtain temperature, the system uses cables to express and receive data,so it has many lines, complex circuits and often high price. The wireless system can solve these problems very well, but how to ensure the long-term continuous operation of system is another difficulty. In this paper, based on low-power sub-cluster routing algorithm, using 430 microcontroller and CC1100 is designed ultra-low-power wireless sensor nodes and gateway nodes (concentrator),Grain was introduced in the analysis of discrete temperature data of the curve (surface) fitting method to help determine and predict the temperature distribution of food for the food situation analysis provided a strong basis. Use VB language to implement host computer software to finalize the food situation of wireless monitoring system.Grain monitoring system for wireless, low power consumption, the paper focuses on the sub-cluster routing technology, stressing the network nodes in a relatively balanced consumption of energy, and built for wireless monitoring of food situation, energy-efficient routing algorithm;in the node hardware, the design process,an increase of wake-up slot mechanism to minimize the energy consumption of the node, the maximum extension of the network monitoring system throughout the life cycle. Finally, the paper on the system accuracy and power consumption of the experimental analysis and research through the experiments designed in this paper that a wireless monitoring system food situation in comparison with the existing system, energy costs reduced by 3-fold. Hardware, low cost monitoring system for grain situation the actual need for intelligent monitoring of grain development.
