With the oil field production and management of information technolo- gy, as well as the specification of energy management and control require- ments. Some oil fields in domestic have begun to gradually promote the individual single-well energy metering program. However, at present, acc- ording to research, the scope of single-well energy metering is very small, and the mainly used are the ordinary civilian rotary mechanical meters.Some problems showed as following: First, the load short-term of the volatile oil wells and having the characteristics of negative power lead to large measurement errors; Second, the meter reading and metering are inconveni- ent; Third, except for the total power, lack of access to other useful information.In this paper, an intelligent single-well battery remote measurement system which is combined with the specific energy measurement chip microcontroller as the core, by which the cumulative power, voltage, current and other parameters were measured directly, as well as on indirect parameters such as power consumption measurements and calculations, thereby to achieve on-site wells to run all the electrical parameters of the real-time measurement and calculation.In order to improve the overall accuracy and reliability, we used a CS5463 chip as an integrated energy metering three-phase voltage and current data acquisition module. After three sets of CS5463 six-way second-orderΔ-ΣADC module samples calculated, the voltage and current signals collected on-site can be used to get the voltage and current RMS as well as active power, reactive power, power factor and other operating param- eters. Because of the three-phase electrical data acquisition modules CS5463 chip design, making the measurement bandwidth of 21 harmonics, the chip internal power measurement using theΔ-ΣADC avoided the surge of power after the current waveform distortion factor measurement accuracy.Considered the need of analysis and calculation in the end of the design, the time labels is put forward which used the idea of using the calendar clock chip DS12C887 and made the measured data of the time data are comple- mentary to its future research, and then, accessed and analisied historicaldata and other work to do a reliable basis.Considered of the characteristics of decentralized field devices the wireless and wireline transmission data combining program are design- ned. Wireless transmission system with the current wide range of applic- ations, used more mature technology, Shandong Power Technology Co., Ltd. created a wireless data transfer module LQ-8200, can be realized so that the staff working in the field under harsh conditions that may not last well get system measurement data; cable transmiss- ion, the system uses a serial port expansion SP2539 serial port chip solved the problem of the shortage field. Wired and wireless are compatible, which make it to solve the system of data transmission a total package.In this paper, GPRS-based power measurement system of intelligent single-well soluted the problem that the current oil well measuring electrical parameters in the process of acquisition and transfer records and other issues. In some degree improved the technical level of the single-well measurement and accuracy, and further meet the oil field development and production needs.
