| With the coming forth and extensive application of the 3D laser scanner in the surveying and mapping field, the processing of massive 3D laser scan data has become one of the nasty solvable problems. Based on the problem that we met in the process of reading massive 3D laser scanner data, the data mapping and data division technique is put forward to solve the time-wasting problem while reading the data and optimizing the data structure. The main contents and contributions in this thesis can be summarized as follows:The developed history and current state of the 3D laser scanner system are expounded, and the existent problems and shortages are pointed out, then the work and result in this area about our country are introduced.The characteristics of constitutes part of laser scanner system are analyzed and the principle of RIEGL LMS-Z620 laser scanner is also researched.The advantages and shortages of data reading and data constructing method of existing 3D laser scanner are discussed.On the foundation of this situation, the technique about reading 3D laser scanner data based on data mapping is put forward, and the algorithm is implemented by the use of programming. Through analyzing experimental data of laser scanner measure, it is proved obviously that the algorithm excelled any existing method in reading data speed and index speed. We Program the software frame that aims to read and process the data. |
