With the popularity of digital community, many digital community applications emerged on Internet. However, these software use different development platforms, different develop languages and databases, which increases the difficulty of integration. The appearance of Web services leaps application integration over the restrictions of different platforms. Web services composition provides a feasible scheme for digital community application. Combining two or more existing services according to certain logical sequence can construct a new community service platform in short time. However, at present, since the existing service composition scheme lacks of service semantic information, the computer cannot understand service well. Moreover, services composed only based on their function. There is not an effective way of Web services to be composed for community service platform. Firstly, we analyzed existing service composition development and discussed community service development according to Web services. We also described the definition of Web service, the related architecture and current research.Secondly, it is necessary for us to establish a Web service library that is sustainable and expandable. We presented registry-publish methods to solve the problems that brought about by heterogeneous services.Thirdly, based on dynamic planning and Web service technology, we proposed a Web service dependence model. Meanwhile, using dynamic planning, we calculate optimal composition of services to automatically match, discover, compose and call web services. The model is not limited to a specific Web service and language expressions. Converting the dependence among the Web services into the dynamic planning, we find out the optimum composition method. It not only solves the problems involved by the web services dependence, but also effectively improves the efficiency of the composition of services. Experiments proved that this method not only can get considerable improvement in the composition of services, but also can meet user requests within accuracy of linear time complexity. Based on the above research, we realized the dynamic composition of services, designed the community service platform, and presented the experimental results.Finally, this paper summarized the related work, development and application in the future.
