| Different services in the third generation mobile communication systems need different transmission rates and have different QoS requirements, such as time delay, throughput, bit error rate and so on, which means that the systems should have more wireless resources to go round and more complicated mechanism to deal with them. However, the wireless resources(like radio frequency, transmission power, transmission rate, time slots and spreading code) in communication systems are really scarce, and thus the control and optimization of the wireless resources become one of the important issues in the research of the mobile communication systems.In this paper, optimization of third-generation wireless mobile communication system resources starting in the system focuses on the power control problem. The aim of power control is to adjust the transmit power fast according to mobile environment, so it can make the communication quality keep on a certain level and not make too much disturb on other users. Power control algorithm is good or bad performance of the system has a direct impact.This paper first briefly describes the traditional means of communication power control technology:forward link power control and reverse link power control; centralized power control and distributed power control; open loop power control, closed-loop power control and outer loop power control; joint power control. The main research and innovation is given a new type of distributed power control algorithm. The theory of stochastic approximation convergence of power control problem for a function into zero problems. In this distributed power algorithm, each user needs only to know its own channel gain to its assigned base station and its own matched filter output at its assigned base station to update its power. Simulation results show that our algorithms prefer to the FMA algorithm has stronger robustness and practicality. |
