| Some key techniques for the integrated multidisciplinary design optimization of electronic cabinets are studied in this paper,the main contents are as follows:1) On the basis of the mathematical model of the integrated multidisciplinary optimization problem of electronic cabinets,the flow chart is established and the main characteristics are summarized.2) Design of experiments method considering "simple algebra constraint" is studied and using the constrained maximin design method the sampling module considering "simple algebra constraint" is developed to make up for the insufficient of the iSIGHT software,which cannot handle constraint problem in design of experiments.3) The process of passing the deformation of the structure to the electroma- gnetic simulation model is realized and the techniques for solving the common therm- oelectric coupling problem are researched,a sequence sampling based on Kriging model method is proposed,and its effectiveness is verified by a typical multidisc- culinary design optimization question.4) The overall design of the software platform of the integrated multidisciplinary optimization of electronic cabinets is introduced,then the parameter driving,the mechanical analysis module and some key interface of the software platform are developed,at the same time,the effectiveness of the software module is demonstrated by a simple example.Finally,the relevant techniques proposed in this paper have been applied to solve a integrated structrual-electromagnetic-thermal optimization problem of electronic cabinets and a satisfactory design scheme is got. |
