| The manufacturing composed by many manufacturing enterprises is one of the most important elements in the economy of a country. The rapid growth and quick development information technologies that is represented force the manufacturing enterprises must response to market quickly changes and improve agility. Digital factory can not only adapt to the changing market, but also could satisfy the development of modern manufacturing. Therefore, it is very important to research on digital factory.This paper with digital workshop as the research object researches the key technologies of the remote monitoring key technology of Digital Workshop and achieves it. The main results and innovations as follows:1. Analysis the management problems of the traditional workshop, summarize the main management functions of the digital workshop, put forward some ideas of building the digital workshop through the monitoring system and equipment management system, and give a preliminary implementation;2. On the basis of common information modeling, the modeling of many agents to tasks is presented to describe the task model and resource model of the digital workshop, and achieve the consultation algorithm that meets the conflicts between the agents;3. Application the workflow and programming, some links of the digital workshop are realized, such as: task established, distribution, processing and alarm monitoring;4. The equipment real-time information technology is put forward based on the tasks, which realizes the association of the production task state and the equipment state, achieves the real-time changes to the equipment by monitoring the production task state, and promotes the comprehensive control ability to the dynamic information of the equipment.This paper can provide a reasonable and feasible solution to the construction of the digital factory, be applied in and has obtained the certain effect. |
