Design And Implementation Of Inner Auditing Sub-system For Shanxi Province Local Tax Bureau Financial Management System

The Tax Audit is a branch of modem Audit, which is audit the facility of taxpayer's information by audit program, modem audit technologies and working manuscript. In our country, informatization and automation of Tax Audit was under preliminary stage. Audit technologies are imperfect and audit quality is beyond control.According to Tax Audit standers, we designed and implemented the Tax Audit System, which is based on J2EE multi-layer pattern. The main functions realized including:user/role management, audit selection process management, audit implement process management, statistics sampling management, and working document management. According to the fixed process of audit selection and audit implement, we employ OSWorkflow engine to design and implement these two processes as workflows to simplify the system. Meaning while, a statistics sampling software model have had been made, and applied to financing sheets of enterprise. It was make sure the quality of audit and reduced risk of tax audit.Currently, according to Tax Audit standard we have implemented a Tax Audit Information System. This system is a sub-system of Shaanxi Province Local Tax Bureau Financing System, which is in the promotion stage of operation.
