Design And Implementation Of Data Acquisition Device Based On ZigBee

With the development of social production technology and management technology, warehouse management as the third profit source of enterprise was an invaluable asset in the competition of modem enterprise. Meanwhile, the level of warehouse management mostly depended on the device they adopted. In order to accelerate Warehouse informatization, the key equipment data acquisition device is designed and implemented in this paper.Firstly, data acquisition device which has already used in the current warehouse management are analyzed, and the problems in application process are summarized. To solve the problems, bar code, bar code acquisition technology, encoding, decoding and performance of Chinese sensible code are researched in this paper. The device utilized embedded technology, wireless communication technology and two-dimension bar code recognize technology, and made microprocessor MCF5249, ZigBee wireless transmission module and bar code scan engine EM3000 as its core constitutes. Meanwhile because Chinese Sensible Code has our own intellectual property rights and the characters of high efficiency of Chinese character, large information capacity, wide code range, low cost, anti-distortion and so on. Chinese Sensible Code are chose as the label of the goods in warehouse. Hardware and Software are designed, made and debuged in this paper.The data acquisition device realized the Chinese Sensible Code gathering, and can be used in warehouse informatization for enter warehouse, out warehouse, check in warechouse.It also can send the bar code infonnation to computer for management. The data acquisition device solved the problem of low efficiency of the warehouse management by manual method. The system is characterized by simple operation, mobility and small size.
