With the development of society and the increasing awareness of social service, it has been an inevitable trend for social service charge to become networked and intelligence. The intelligent communities are further boosted in standardization, automation and network charges with the development of automatic technology, and the disadvantage of traditional payment methods gradually came out. The shortcomings existed in the current management style such as IC card prepaid electronic wallet are obvious. Using network technology, AMRS (Automatic Meter Reading System) released the automation of charges, and has been mature relatively, but it still adopted the way of "buy after used", not pre-paid management. The security is very important for the information transmitted in network due to that network services are characterized by opening, cross-platform and interoperability. The electronic payment method using financial bank cards has a high security, but it's not suitable for a large number of engineering applications.The purpose of this study is to build a network prepaid management mode, which has high security and adopts key management and secure authentication technology. Networking of the prepaid management mode is realized by setting up wireless sensor network in the intelligent communities.Firstly, the research background and the domestic and overseas development states were summarized in the paper, and further analysis was made on some key problems needing to be solved. Then the important background knowledge used in the subject was introduced simply, including the CPU card technology and WSN technology. According to the pre-paid function to be achieved in the system, the paper made a deep analysis on the overall scheme and technology research, including the structure components and the function of the master station and user terminal. The research was made on the security management scheme to the system on the basis of the application technology of key management and secure authentication. The SAM security was proposed as an effective measure, and key management and security authentication applications were introduced emphatically.Secondly, the hardware design of main modules of the network prepaid system was introduced in detail, including MCU, communication module, storage and display module, and security management module. Wireless RF module XE1205 was used to build wireless sensor network node so as to realize network communication. In order to ensure system security, PSAM card was connected to master station and ESAM module was embedded in user terminal.The method of modular programming was adopted in the design of system software, which mainly included system software architecture, designs of communication protocols between the master station and user terminal, the implementation mode of the COS application protocol of PSAM and ESAM, the realization of encryption and decryption algorithm, the design of secure authentication methods. Meanwhile, the paper not only introduced the function of each subprogram, but also gave the detailed program flow charts. According to those program flow charts, the corresponding function programs were compiled and a test was made.Finally, the main research work and shortcomings of the system were summarized. Future research and application perspective were also given.
