| With the continuous promotion of traffic information service system from Government, our traffic safety information service system has been gradually matured. Also with the growing demands from public, our traffic information service system begins to provide more different kinds of services. This system aims to develop logistics bid subsystem to enrich the existing traffic safety information service system, and then to improve our overall service level of traffic safety information.The Traffic Safety Information Service System is derived from the research of traffic safety information integration, analysis and technology development for building applications belonged to the National Road Traffic Safety Plan, which is organized and implemented by three ministries (Ministry of Science, Ministry of Public Security and Ministry of Transport). This plan contains seven subjects in all, the content of this paper is a sub-task of the sixth subject, which provides traffic safety information services, also provides logistics bid service based on Internet and wireless network (CDMΛ/GSM) to road traffic users firstly, and consequently this paper aims to develop the Logistics Bid Subsystem in Traffic Safety Information Service System. Logistics bid subsystem contains six major functions, and the author completed the system analysis, design and implementation independently.According to the business requirement, this system uses the light weight J2EE framework based on MVC design pattern, also uses multilayer technology architecture combined with the interface technology, and now this system is at the testing stage. As the first internal management platform of traffic information service. this system can provide more secure, convenient and efficient logistics information service, and furthermore, it can reduce transportation costs, raise the transportation efficiency, and promote transportation production safety. |
