Design And Implementation Of Middle School Teaching Assistant Material Based On ASP And Server Technology

The computer technology,the network technology,multimedia technology and database technology developed very quickly nowadays. we have entered a new era of information. Information exist everywhere in our living and work。There are three main energy sources in today's world: material, energy and information, so the information is indispensable for us just like breathing. The development of information processing technology has been used mainly in aerospace,aviation,medical treatment,public health and other fields. Informatization steps towards popularization, practicability ,timeliness and adaptability。Our education system has been stepped towards informatization as well. In recent years, the management software of educational administration has been emerging in endlessly。The management systems of autonomous regions student registration, comprehensive quality evaluation, learning test, entrance examination, and other large examination depend on many a software platform which bases on information processing. It is very necessary for us to improve the old mode of teaching and management by researching and designing more convenient management methods so as to improving our work efficiency and reducing labor costs.At present, booklist management systems mainly deal with library booklist subscriptions and online merchandise & book shopping in a style of E-business. It carries out selection, subscriptions, delivery, receiving, and payment based on huge amount of established booklist information. This manner of management may not be adequate for subscription to middle school teaching assistant material because it is operated very difficultly for each grade team leader to choose satisfied books from huge booklist database. Just checking the booklist cannot satisfy the demand of choosing books, and operation and structure of books management is over complicated. Moreover, Online merchandise & book shopping just establish business relations, it can't realize the interconnection between subscriber and bookseller (bookseller can obtain information of subscribed, teaching-affairs administrator can acquire catalog of subscribed, amount and price from each class). So existing teaching assistant material management system is designed and implemented mainly aimed the requirement of subscription to teaching assistant material of middle school. The defect of such system is that there is no effective contact means in all parties involved in the whole process and specific operation steps are over time-consuming and arduous.Teaching assistant material management system should be designed to realize functions of subscriptions, audit, delivery and charge of middle school teaching auxiliary material. This paper research on the design and application of Network technology, database technology, asp.net technology and database links technology in teaching assistant material management system. We developed a system using Visual Studio 2008 to design asp.net interface, we also accomplish the design of web page code *.aspx.cs by means of C#, the operation of retrieve, insert and delete etc are implemented by ASP dynamic link database. Each teaching team leader of high school can use this teaching assistant material management system to make comparison and selection base on the book catalogue presented by bookseller in first and then proceeds the subscription and submission operation of teaching assistant material on the platform provided by the system, teaching-affairs administrator can audit the subscription catalogue as well. Bookseller may log in the platform to check the subscription catalogue and deliver books. Finally, teaching-affairs administrators verify the received goods, quantity and booklist and deliver them to classes. At the end of each semester, book subscription list of each class is printed by teaching-affairs administrator for charging book fee. This implemented platform helps not only to the process of informatization of teaching-affairs management, but also helps to improve the teaching management's visualization, transparency and practicability, it has certain significance for further promotion and application of information processing technology as well.
