In this paper, the deaf hearing, the use of information technology, research and implementation of the deaf "talk" approach, and development embedded-based, low cost portable interactive devices deaf accessibility of key technologies.First of handwriting recognition technology in the deaf community in this particular application, and for the deaf and dumb students of expression, the establishment of a common language library initially will be deaf for the normal expression of acceptable content mapping and understanding of the expression. Second, deaf and dumb students of the written text into speech output, so that normal people can hear by the deaf, "said" words.Finally, for the barrier-free interaction system of techniques of research for the development of portable equipment deaf accessible theoretical basis for interaction. This research combined with voice recognition technology is expected to completely solve the deaf and the normal barriers that exist in interaction. At the same time improve the quality of life of the deaf community to a more harmonious integration of natural significance.
