Research And Simulation Of Security Routing Protocol In WSN

Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) is a novel and hot research field with multi-disciplinary crossed, it has a wide application prospect, and has received high attention from researchers domestic and abroad, as a result, it get a rapid development. With the rapid development, some issues demanding prompt solution come out, such as security problems and energy consumption problem which are so important that cannot be ignored, security problems in routing protocol is more prominent, therefore, a new subject research and simulation of security routing protocol in WSN is proposed.On the basis of enough research about the routing protocol in WSN at home and abroad,according to the defect of routing protocol, especially the security problem, some improvement schemes are proposed. The main innovation work of this paper is as follows:First, due to the internal attack of routing protocol in WSN that is difficult to defense, a novel security routing protocol in WSN based on reputation evaluating mechanism VH-GEAR is proposed. VH-GEAR protocol introduces a novel reputation evaluating model for WSN nodes based on vertical and horizontal analysis to solve the problem of evaluating not comprehensive and misjudgement, defense the select attack, improve the safety on routing protocol; the same time, in addition, VH-GEAR protocol optimizes the net energy consumption, improves the reputation update mechanism, based on updating reputation periodically reduces computing, cuts down the net energy consumption, prolongs the net lifecycle. The above improvement schemes can effectively improve the overall performance of security routing protocol in WSN.And then, NEVM failure node verification method based on node-encoding is proposed to enhance the safety of routing protocol in WSN. NEVM verification method encodes the all nodes of failure routing with binary-encoding, generates multiple verification routes, then verifies the failure node in failure routing effectively. NEVM verification method is suitable for WSN that has finite energy and computing ability because of the simple process with binary-encoding and logical computing.Finally, the simulation of improvement schemes runs on the simulation platform NS2. The comparison and analysis on the simulation result verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed schemes.
