Health-care bed controlling system is an important component of the health-care bed, achieving temperature control through temperature detection and temperature setting. The traditional health-care bed controller can not meet the increasing consumer's demand because of its single function, higher price, not flexible control and not friendly interface. This paper develops a new-generation multi-function health-care bed controlling system based on the study of domestic and international health-care bed controlling systems, making full use of technical achievements about modern electronics, sensors, wireless communications etc. The system not only has conventional features of temperature display and timing, but also has more user-friendly features of wireless remote control, area control and large-screen LCD display. The system can achieve the temperature control of health-care bed in a short period of time.The controller uses Atmel Company's 8-bit microprocessor AT89S52, which has low-power, high-performance characters, as hardware core. The temperature acquisition selects the enhanced single-bus digital temperature sensor DS 18B20, which has advantages of small size and single circuit. The display selects LCD module LCM240128ZK to show system parameters, making the system beautiful and generous. The encoding/decoding chip PT2262/PT2272 and wireless transmitter/receiver modules are selected for wireless communications in the remote controller, increasing the system's anti-jamming capability. The system uses electric heating plate made of new material carbon fiber, instead of the conventional heating wire. The electric heating plate made of carbon fiber not only makes the heating more uniform, but also improves the heating efficiency. Modular designing method is used in the software design to reduce the complexity of the program and makes program design, commissioning and maintenance operations simple. The system takes some necessary anti-interference measures, such as:optical isolation, key debounce, adding filter capacitors to eliminate outside interference on the system, improving the system's stability and reliability.The health-care bed controlling system has the advantages of simple structure, friendly interface, low cost, flexible control and reliable performance through the actually debugging. The controlling system is able to meet the practical needs of production, having a better application and popularize value.
