By introducing the application cases of wireless communication technology in border control forces, including system organization, hardware configuration and software integration, This research paper is designed to make use of wireless communication technology transmitting signals oversea to coast base stations, to achieve the purpose of wireless links between patrol ships, synchronized transmission of datas,voices and images, which makes such net functions as remote command, remote law enforcement and remote monitoring come to true when the wired signal couldn't work.This paper focuses on the following issues:1. According to the concrete work of patrol ships and marine the geographical environment oversea, the paper set research on developing space resources based on OFDM technology. We can also say, the paper want to study the feasibility of adaptive spectrum access technology by using MIMO OFDM technology. It will be realized that duty images oversea could be transmitted back to land station when we use software architecture design and apply innovative ways to plant OFDM modem in FPGA development platform. Secondly, the study of the IPV6 technology and reasonable structure designs system could realize the purpose of seamless transmission of the effect of the sea. Finally, the study of the video multicast technology and effective application to the system design, could save network resources as well as improve the security.2. In this paper, the physical structure of the system is studied, The sea video form and return the system settings is analyzed and designed.Study is put on such departments as a police command center with the sea, municipal public security bureau, and frontier Police.A demonstration is put on the image of each node and the node device configuration. 3. This paper studies the overall integration software system platform. Integration platform makes use of standard Internet communication protocols, intelligent industrial control and advanced video encoding/decoding technology. Concentrating on analog, digital, mixed video scheduling and management, through the coordinated control of the centralized monitoring equipment, to complete such work as information collection, image transmission, video control, resource management and data storage, study public security command headquarters in Qingdao, the traffic control headquarters and other departments to achieve seamless connection to existing monitoring equipment, to achieve the successful mixing of analog-digital control networking and centralized management.
