It avoids omits and errors by hand, and makes the tender more standardized, so that it improve the efficiency. Otherwise, keep the data information into server, and all operations run into Server, users can read these data by Web, so it reduces the computer loads of client side, which realizes the sharing of resources, and maintain effectively data consistency.In this paper, mainly study J2EE related technology to realize tender documents automatic generation system based on Web, and the key technologies carry out an in-depth analysis and research, the contents are as follows: B/S Frame definition, characteristics and advantages; summary of the concept features and technical framework J2EE for the reference realization; realize the requirement analysis of Web-based tender documents automatic generation system, including requirement description of functionality, performance and operating environment etc.; complete the overall frame design of Web-based tender documents automatic generation system, each functional module, as well as the table structure design of associated database; complete realization of Web-based tender documents automatic generation system.
