| In many domains, such as machineray, architecture and so on, the orthographic views of the solids from the principle of orthographic projection always were the important means of expressing the structure and shape of 3D solids at early stage. However, engineers need rich abstract thinking ability and engineering drawing knowledge for recognition. 3D solid model makes up for the defects of 2D views, which is real and visual, including complete geometry and topology information easy for operating and modifing, and lays a solid foundation for component composition, architecture walkthrough and other post productions. Therefore, it has important theoretical and realistic significance for research on the method of 3D solid reconstruction based on 2D view information, in which not only 2D drawing information or engineering orthographic views are transformed into 3D solid model, but also it is benifite for the development of 3D reconstruction.In the dissertation, useful primitive informations for 3D reconstruction in data file are read and abstracted by analizing DXF file and building its interface, and the pretreatment process of 3D reconstruction is described in detail. Based on the analysis of the existing method of view separation, scan line method of view separation is made use of which devides the engineering view into three important area front view, left view and top view useful for the later data process of the orthographic views, and in which matching of basic graphics primitives are decreased progressively. Then the space projection coordinates are dealt with by feature points matching after the coordinate transformation. After analyzing the data structure of 3D solid, view data structure useful for 3D reconstruction is built. At last, the data structure of point, line and plane is replaced by point and plane, which reduced the storage of the data.On the basis of 3D primitive information according to feature points matching, the way of bottom-up 3D reconstruction is summarized in the article, analyzing the structure of 3D solid model, and the way of 3D reconstruction based on plane cutting is adopted for simple and regular polyhedron produced by orthographic projection, in which redundant solutions are avoided and the operation of deleting the pseudo element is decreased. And at last, the real 3D model was got by the application of the realism rendering technology.In the dissertation, based on the summarisis of the concrete method of reconstructing the 3D planar solid model during the period of pretreatment and reconstruction, the effective method is proposed by the research on the reconstruction on the basis of 2D view information of simple planar solid, which produces the reconstruction results of the simple examples... |
