The Development And Application Of Excellent Teachers Resumption Management System

Education reform is a protracted war. In a certain area, the education level of teacher is the key factor for sustainable development of education for this area. Under the background of the new curriculum, to arouse teachers' professional consciousness, cultivate the backbone teachers and school leaders are the most important task for school. At present, to improve teachers' professional development by strengthening the performance management is an important subject of school. With the rapid development of information technology, computerized management has become the development trend in school. Now, the performance management through using computer has achieved certain level in foreign. However, in our Country, it is still not well developed due to late start. Our research object is to optimize the performance management with teachers. We focus on the development of teachers' resumption management system, aim to make full use of the existing school of computer platform, and realize computer performance management for teachers, finally to promote teacher's professional development, and provide technical support for school administrators.This study is based on the actual need of excellent teachers in Qingpu,and think highly of application and innovation. The design based on C/S structure of performance management system is mainly used in the resumption management, performance assessment and evaluation, also in quality education resource sharing platform and teaching research platform. This system has been used by Qingpu Education Bureau, and input effect is good. The performance management system as a management support system, can take full advantage of the computer information platform as resources in school, help to fairly, scientifically and accurately implement teachers performance management, and provide effective information service for promoting the professional development of teachers.
