Design And Implementation Of Summarized Information Management For Rural And Township Enterprises

With development of Chinese economy, rural and township enterprises have become an important ingredient of our state's market economy system. Administration Bureau of Heilongjiang Province (hereafter referred to as "the Bureau") designs and implements this management information system in order to monitor its affiliated enterprises.The Bureau's office efficiency is promoted a lot for applying this system which is combined with ideas and steps of software engineering to inquire and compute comprehensive information of those rural and township enterprises.At first, the author analyzes the Bureau's demand for developing this program and establishes the system model by adopting object-oriented method and conduct preliminary and detailing design. The concerning technical problems in the course of realizing such as program design system access control and databases techniques are analyzed and discussed.The information management system under B/S model is implemented by applying MVC model, adopting Spring frame, IBATIS and the means of back stage SQL data. MVC model is realized via OzSturts in the design. The currently popular JSP (Java Server Pages) technique and JavaBean and JavaScript technique are applied to improve the efficiency of service instrument and relieve its burden.The system development adopts the software engineering steps of "analysis, design, implement and test". The paper makes a demand analysis of comprehensive information management system of rural and township enterprises. The analysis encompasses design proposal, system frame, function requirements and cases analysis in summary and in detail. It also includes employee management system achievement. The design mainly deals with system function perfection, rights limitation management, safety system and statements output.Through strict system test and trial operation, the system function, data preciseness, safety and usage surface all achieve the design goal and meet the requirements. The system application has effectively reduced the labor pressure and approved working efficiency of the subsidiary enterprises of the rural entrepreneurial management bureau.
