| With the development of electronic technology and the rapid computer technology, the application of power ultrasonic in many areas of industrial and civil has been widely used. In the industrial production, the pipeline scaling generally exists, it influences product process, wastes energy, and it seriously causes the pipeline discards. The traditional methods of Anti-fouling have high cost, large labor intensity, and pollution is also a serious problem. In order to improve the efficiency of scale removal in recent years, people were constantly exploring new methods to remove scale. Ultrasonic eliminating scale already becomes a new choice. Ultrasonic eliminating scale device uses physical property of ultrasonic wave in spreading process to achieve eliminating scale effect. There are some virtues in it, such us energy conservation, avoiding demolition, simple convenience, no pollution and so on. At present, the ultrasonic eliminating scale has gained widely recognized, and apply in the petroleum, electric power, heating areas. Right now, it is applying to the life domain which is closely related to the life of people develops. Therefore, this research project has a widespread practical significance and application prospects.In the paper, Firstly, I introduces the elementary principle of ultrasonic eliminating scale, describing the research level of ultrasonic eliminating scale technology and analyze its develop trends. On this basis, I choice the optimal design parameter of ultrasonic system, analyzing feasibility of the system, and establishing blue print of ultrasonic eliminating scale apparatus. The system include two parts, first is system control part which is s microcontroller system making up of microcontroller and its extend circuit. System uses PWM technology and intelligent control strategies to meet the ultrasonic output power constant. At the same time, in order to ensure the scale removal effect, I track the output frequency. The other part is ultrasonic transducer. I study the magnetostrictive transducer and include its materials, structure and principles, and design the matching circuitry of this equipment.Finally, I have done some test and experiment to verify the effect of ultrasonic eliminating scale, namely use comparative experiment of the cement under the action of ultrasonic and non-ultrasonic. Experiments of ultrasonic eliminating scale have a good result and it achieved the purpose of eliminating scale at last. |
