| The project of chewing gum production line in Wrigley Shanghai factory is the grand investment to China by Wrigely USA. The process of chewing gum production line is more complicated,and the requirement for the product stardard is also strict, so the design and study the application of its control system is very important. The current popular Industrial Ethernet network technique and PLC control technique is used in the gum production line, and also the Siemens profibus communication is selected betwwen PLC and its substation communication.And the HMI communication use the client and server style. So the better study on the application of these technique is univocal on realize its high automation level of the production line. The research job of this paper focus on profibus communication control, Industrial Ethernet communication and PLC program control.As for profibus communication, use the Dp-Coupler style to realize the data communication between muti-CPUs. First, according to the on-stie equipments arrangement and control requirement,decide the PLC CPU and its sub-stations arrangement with its profibus line, and make its layout more reasonable. A case study shows that when many CPUs want to visit one CPU and sending or receiving data,normally it need establish one to one point communication,why through the analysis,we select and use another more simple and convenient way to realize its data communication.As for Industril Ethernet communication, use the remote desktop connection style to realize the client on site to visit the server. First, according to the on-stie equipments arrangement and control requirement,decide the Ethernet station and its network, and make its layout more reasonable.then install the main softwares on the sever computer, A case study shows that the client through the remote software to visit the HMI program which running on the server.As for PLC program control, a case study shows about the shellac dosing, when more equipment call on the shellac,using the first in and first out way to realize it control, another case study shows the air system control,through the test way,we get a empiristic formula, using this formula getting the setpoint command to realize the air negative pressure control. The other case shows the recipe control, using this recipe program to realize the the batch running. |
