Modern service industry is more developed in the industrial production, mainly relying on information technology and modern management concepts, and is the relative information and knowledge-intensive services. Service Management Platform is the supporting platform of modern service industry. Traditional service management platform does not consider the service copy of the deployment. Enterprise servers is likely to down and the services in these servers can't be accessed, and at the same time many of the service requester to access the service, it will lead the load of servers including above services to highness, and resulting in a sharp decline in performance.This paper is research, design and implementation of high-performance service management platform. Firstly, this paper studies the three major foreign service management platform:IBM,SUN,BEA, presents the advantages of these services management platform and common problems. Secondly, this paper analysises the functional requirements, system performance requirements and user requirements of the service management platform and put forward the overall system architecture and system interaction. Thirdly, the system service management platform is aimed at two major problems, studying the high-performance of the service management platform, including distributed caching and service rebalancing. Distributed caching is mainly to improve the efficiency of semantic search. using the cache, the semantic search time reduces to one-tenth of the original. Service rebalancing is used to balance the load of clustering servers in the enterprise, improve the efficiency of the service call. Using this algorithm, the load of the clustering servers is basically the same each other. Finally, with the above research and design, we implement the prototype system of service management platform, including four parts:service deployment, service registry, service calls, service rebalancing.
