The Present Situation Of Fuzhou Copyright Industry And Its Development Studying

Copyright industry is the industry which directly or indirectly depends on the development and growth of the copyright works. Besides the traditional cultural industries, like press and publications, radios and TV, arts and crafts, and so on, copyright industry still contains those recent years rapidly developed emerging industries, such as multimedia industry, network communications industry, software industry and cartoon industry. The development of copyright industry plays an very important role in promoting and upgrading cultural industry. It is the main power for advancing the structure and the comprehensive competitiveness of cultural industry. With the fast development of national economy, the role and function of copyright becomes more and more important, so that the propspect of national copyright industry will be brighter.Based on the copyright status at home and abroad nowadays, this paper studies the present situation of copyright industry and its management in Fuzhou and proposes eight main problems exsisting in its development process. Then by the means of Science of Public Management research, literature research and comparative research, analyse those 8 problems. Meanwhile, also taking the successful practical experience of copyright management from both home and abroad for reference, put forward some suggestions from the copyright management point of view for the development of Fuzhou copyright industry.
