With the development of society and economy, Sports Economy plays an important and an increasingly prominent role in the national economy, sports industry basically established the collection industry of athletic competition, physical fitness, sporting goods, sports arenas, sport intermediaries, sports media as the complete range of new industries. During the Eleventh Five-Year, focus on ensuring the success of the Eleventh National Games, Jinan City plans and constructs Jinan Olympic Sports Center, the project covers an area of 81 hectares, with a total construction area of 350,000 square meters, including the Stadium, Gymnasium, Natatorium, Tennis Hall and other large-scale, high-standard, and advanced physical infrastructure. At present, Jinan Olympic Sports Center has opened operation roundly, including the business of investment for lease, competition performance products, fitness training, and etc. Maintenance and management is becoming heavier day by day. In order to enhance the social propaganda and provide manager with detailed statistical analysis, the decision support and standard system interface, the design and full realization of Olympic Sports Center Operation and Management System(hereinafter " the system") are imperative by use of information network technology,.This article first briefly introduces the development background of the system, related information system construction at home and abroad, and the main research work. After expounding the basic techniques of the system construction, the system demand is analyzed, which included the main functional analysis and the non-functional analysis in the reliability and so on. Then the construction principle of Olympic Sports Center Operation and Management system are proposed, and the overall frame is designed up. Taking the technology of middleware and adopting the multi-level, loose coupling and open design thoughts, a strong extensibility, coupling low and organic whole is made in the course of detailed design and implementation of the system, which is based on keeping function modules independent. As for the specific development, through support of Windows Sever operating system and SQL Sever database, the business system and Web applications are realized, which adopt J2EE platform. From the perspective of sports arenas operation, business needs and process of every function modules are analyzed and researched. Finally, according to the system analysis and risk analysis of Olympic Sports Center Operation and Management platform, this paper plans information security system reasonably, and implements mainly in the levels of physics, networks, systems and application.Olympic Sports Center Operation and Management System is currently implementing and running well. So the entire design is essential to achieve a design goal and meet the needs of different types of users. From a long-term point of view, the building of the system hardware and software platform, data exchange, etc need optimized and upgraded, with users and the demands of stadium management increasing, in order to further enhance the business function.
