In order to enhance the social propaganda and provide manager with detailed statistical analysis, the decision support and standard system interface, the design and full realization of Olympic Sports Center Operation and Management System(hereinafter " the system") are imperative by use of information network technology,.This article first briefly introduces the development background of the system, related information system construction at home and abroad, and the main research work. After expounding the basic techniques of the system construction, the system demand is analyzed, which included the main functional analysis and the non-functional analysis in the reliability and so on. Then the construction principle of Olympic Sports Center Operation and Management system are proposed, and the overall frame is designed up.
