With the development of electronic technologies and applications of electronic devices, the working environment for electronic devices is getting more and more complex. How to ensure the reliability of electronic devices under complex circumstances has attracted more and more attention. There has been quite a lot of research about complex circumstances, but they relatively lack systematic summarization.The paper did a detailed research on the complicated environment, including its distribution, characteristics and impact on electronic devices.Based on the research on complex circumstances, the paper used finite differential time domain method to calculate the aperture coupling problem of electronic devices in a metal shielding enclosure under high power electromagnetic environments and proposed several methods to reduce the coupling.According to the calculation, an enclosure model of the specialized computer to shield its electronic devices inside was designed.The power distribution has been carefully researched based on which the power supply system of specialized computer was designed and the actual test results showed that both the power level and stability was appropriate.This paper implemented LVDS and digital variables interfaces and also the test results showed that the transmit speed and quality met with the system requirements.At last,the hardware design of 1553B interface and TMS320C6747 was proposed according to the requirements of specialized computer.
