Radar jamming and anti-jamming technology are contradictory. They fight each other, promot and develop continuesly. There are no absolute superiority and inferior between Radar jamming and anti-jamming, that is, there are no radar that can not be interfered or there are no interference that can not be processed. The key is how much of the technology we know, how much of the resources we have and what tactics we inplement. To this end, only we accumulate more techniques and tactics of interference and jamming, should we have the superiority in the EW in the future. This paper is focused on dynamic game of the radar jamming and anti- jamming. The main work is as follows:The complexity of electromagnetic environment based on Radar countermeasures is analyzed in detail, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis on the characteristic and the main parameters of complex electromagnetic environment are made. In a complex electromagnetic environment, signal type and mathematical model of radar interferences and corresponding anti-jamming techniques are analyzed. The effective evaluation against for jamming and anti-jamming is putted forward. According to the evalustion method, the game gain matrix for interference and anti-jamming of the specific types of equipment are computed.Based on the gain matrix, the optimal strategy solution of the pure strategy and mixed strategy of countermine by equipment is studied, which provide a basis of the theory and algorithm for equipment demonstration, the deployment of troops, the technical and tactical training of the radar-jamming and anti-jamming.
