| In this paper, based on the requirements of satellite navigation system for antenna of inter-satellite-links, a circular antenna array is designed and studied.At first, the development history of inter-satellite links and quadrifilar helix antenna is described. Then, it introduces the radiation theory of quadrifilar helix sheet antenna and its theoretical analysis, followed by the study of impact of various antenna parameters on its radiation performance. Next, double-wound spiral antenna and improved dual quadrifilar helix antenna are investigated. The designed dual quadrifilar helix antenna features a wide frequency band. After that, in view of the broadband spiral elements, with the characteristics of conical beam coverage and assigning zero to land, a circular ring array antenna for the inter-satellite-link is designed, which can suppress earth disturbance during inter-satellite communication. Finally, a comparison of several forms of feed network performance, such as microstrip, stripline, and rectangular coaxial array, is made. |
