High speed data acquisition has been an indispensable part in signal processing systems in the field of modern real-time signal processing.And the systems have more and more strict requirements to the performance of data storage devices in radar,communication,aerospace and so on.High speed data acquisition systems need a storage device which is large in capacity,high in storage speed,good in stability and capable fit to complex circumstance.In this paper,we design a high-speed solid state storage with large capacity which uses FPGA as control core and FLASH as storage media.This solid state storage achieved high speed storage of data by series-parallel conversion and pipelining technology.The system solves the problem of interconnection between the storage and computers by taking Gigabit Ethernet as output interface.This paper introduces the meaning of the research firstly and deals with analysis of requirements.Secondly,the design of FLASH storage array and Gigabit Ethernet interface is discussed in detail.In the last,it presents the design of the application software and analyses the test results.The system met the basic requirements and established foundation for the further study. |
