| Telemedicine refers to the use of various telecommunications by physicians and medical institutions that provide health care to their patients through electronic or digital means. By transmitting data, text, language and image information, it realizes remote consultations between hospitals. In the entire process, transmission security, organization and management are very important parts of the patient file. This paper analyzes the current development of telemedicine in China, summarizes the problems and the actual demand which come from the specialist Teleconsultation services implemented by a hospital in Zhejiang province. It proposed an overall design plan of the telemedicine system, and it designed an organization clear, transmission security, file transfer module.Software by using the File Transfer Protocol, implements the management of patient file with different user access permissions. Through the use of AES encryption algorithm for file encryption, software achieves end-to-end data safe transmission. By using multi-threaded programming technology, software increases the transmission speed. After testing, the software based on these technologies reaches the objective, meets the needs. |
