| In the present world, with energy saving and environmental protection is attracting wide spread interest. The research of clean renewable energy sources which are used as the heat sources have become a research hotspot. The heat pump is an emerging heating technology and is a kind of heat ascending device in essence. Therefore, it has some advances, such as energy-saving, efficient, safe, free maintenance and etc. Its role is more and more important in building heating system, and the development direction of application is pump unit, more precise, networked control and etc. The operation mode of heat pump heating is changed, as well as, the automation level and efficiency of heat pump heating are improved, with adopting ZigBee wireless network technology.The main researches of heat pump heating based on wireless are as follows in the paper:In chapter one, the background and significance of the topic are summarized, as well as the overview of the heat pump technology and wireless technology. Then, the present status and development in domestic and abroad are analyzed. Finally, the main research contents of the project are proposed.In chapter two, ZigBee technology is expounded, as well as, the protocol stack structure and the topology structure of ZigBee technology are analyzed. According to the characteristics of heat pump control system based on wireless, the appropriate wireless device type and network structure are chosen. The overall scheme of heat pump control system based on wireless is designed.In chapter three, the design of wireless network includes two parts:one part is the wireless network node hardware design, which includes the design module of wireless transceiver, the design module of microprocessor, the module of power management and the module of serial communication; the other part is the wireless network software design. Then the main program framework is designed, based on which, the network applications of coordinator and end devices are programmed, including the establishment of a wireless network, joining wireless network, realizing data acquisition, etc.In chapter four, the paper researches and designs the overall scheme of heat pump units, including the system hardware and software design and implementation of heat pump units acquisition, and the design with fuzzy PID control of the electronic expansion valves. The preceding part monitors for the operation of entire heat pump units, and facilitate system maintenance. The latter part mainly design fuzzy controller, including the design of the membership function, the fuzzy control rules, etc to the fuzzy variable of the electronic expansion valves. Furthermore, according to the evaporator superheat deviation, its deviation variation and practical experience to determine the proportion, integral, differential coefficient of PID parameter. Finally, through simulation by SIMULINK, it turn out that the control system has good dynamic characteristic.In chapter five, the paper test the wireless network nodes transmission distance under obstacles cases or without obstacles cases, as well as, the established function of the coordination test, the outcome accord with system requirements. The system has been preliminarily run in the 17th floor of Gome building. The stage task has completed.Heat pump belong to ecological heating category, has wide application prospects. Heat pump heating technology has a very positive meaning, such as energy structure adjustment, managing environmental pollution, Solving power structural overcapacity, and etc. Heat pump heating technology based on Zigbee effectively resolves the high price of the cable network facilities and complex structure. |
