The Study Of China's Public Opinion Surveillance Over Administrative Power

In the social background of modern knowledge economy, administrative power has become the public authority which closely related to each individual. To get a more effective operation of china's administrative power, we have to supervise the administrative power in order to ensure the public nature of it. The public opinion surveillance is an important part in the administrative power supervision system. To achieve an actual effect of public opinion surveillance, the essence is to create an ecological environment as well as a set of system conducive to it. A forceful protection from the law for public opinion surveillance will certainly give a more and more expanded influence to the administrative power.Based on the research literature, this paper gives the definition of public opinion surveillance as well as comprehensively analyses the function of it to the administrative power by three forms from the Angle of system theory, which analyses the importance of administrative power of public opinion surveillance more accurately.
