With the development of network technology, computer support for individual work gradually began to support the collaborative development of human activities. In recent years, in order to improve the efficiency of the work group, people began to study how to combine computer technology and network technology services for the group work and collaborative principles to the reality of them into the computer, this computer supported cooperative work (CSCW) emerged. It is a fusion of computer science, human engineering, psychology, sociology and other disciplines in the emerging area of research. In this issue, the main communication for collaborative work was studied. This paper intends to establish a collaborative communication platform, which is for network bandwidth resource co-allocation. The main content of this paper is collaborative communications, focusing on doing the following:1) develop a collaborative platform based on the completion of its synergistic action, such as network bandwidth allocation synergy.2) to design a low-level communication platform for the collaborative platform, the main safety and reliability of data transmission services, and design to achieve real-time display of information on the collaboration and communication among the members.3) bandwidth allocation process for the complex, special, select the appropriate shortest path algorithm. In the collaborative technology, distributed database and public databases of multiple copies of storage technology has been studied by collaborative data classification (classified as global data and local data), use different concurrency control strategies (such as locking mechanisms and transaction registration mechanism) to address the collaborative data needs of consistency and completeness. For concurrent collaborative conflict resolution process, the core principles of using the first come first served, that is, first come first served on the same resources; resources are used in different queues in order execution. In communication design, the communication packets use transmission strategies of the class object serialization encrypted. In the transmission process, collaborative communication in order to ensure reliable transmission, mainly based on the sender's error recovery mechanism, that the sender is responsible for group reliable multicast data transmission. The shortest path algorithm, combined with the special nature of bandwidth allocation, refers to the double sweep algorithm and the Kth widest available bandwidth path section of the search process is proposed for the special circumstances of the subject algorithm process.
