Design Of Online Surveillance And Network Video Surveillance Based On Pollution (Water)

With the rapid development of national economy,the process of urbanization speed up quickly,the environment becomes worse and worse,especially the pollute on water.So,the construction of environmental protection information is a very important aspect to directly impact on the sustainable development of society.The design of online surveillance and network video surveillance on pollution of city can effectively realize the management and intelligent operation of water protection engineering.However,the pollution of city is widespread and in the damp,dust and adverse environmental conditions.Therefore,to form a online surveillance and network video surveillance system,which could run stably,reliably and expand conventiently,especially in long-term and realize the combination of e-government affairs and enterprise informationization becomes our goal.The project depends on the wastewater treatment plant of Beijing Changping district.The design of online surveillance and network video surveillance sestem on effluent and water of wastewater treatment plant,this project has been put into operation.This system has combined online surveillance for water and network video surveillance to worksite,surrounding environment,instruemention and production process,and also breakthrough the traditional fixed mode,construct combination type of units,this monitoring system is portable and mobilizable.Water online surveillance system realized the golden alarm design of data overproof and instruments failure module.Using expert system for data overproof and instruments failure module,and then design the correlative golden alarm.The construct of safe and efficient data transmission system,choosing forced back flushing and timed back flushing for sampling tube.especially use object indentity and program with high-level language,realized video linkage,increased surveillance and management level.This article discusses the composition and structure of the online surveillance and network video surveillance system.This paper explains the design of pollution online surveillance system in detail,especially analyses network video surveillance systems's key theory and technology.On this basis,this paper explains the design of the pollution network video surveillance system,using VPN network,which could communicate stable and transfer data safely,focusing on the measure of video linkage.Finally,the paper makes a summary and outlook,presents the development of video surveillance system and also imagines the aspects which can be improved in future.
