Design And Implementation Of Tieling's Education Resources PlatformWith China's continous advancement and application in educational informatinization, the foundation of digital educational resource database attracts more attention,which as a fundamental work has become concerns of educational authorities, educational institutions and reasearchers.The construction of Tieling's education resource platform is necessary to avoid the disorder circumtance during the construction of the resource database.Tieling bureau decide to build the resource center of regional elementary education system which will provide resource support for each teacher and make the teacher the builder and the sharer of the outstanding resource.Constructing the educational resources platform is important and meaningful. It promotes education reform, brings balanced development of education ,fairness and space for teachers'professinal growth, narrows the gap between the city and the countryside, carrys out quality-oriented education, fastens the Internet Project.In order to create the platform of education resource successfully,this thesis researched a great deal on the basis of a plan which is brought up by the Tieling education bureau to create the modern distance database in the rural primary schools and introduced the process of establishing the platform of Tieling's education resources by communicating with many teachers according to the questions such as the lackness,the similarity and the whole planning of the content,the Gudao phenomenon and etc.This platform take Java as the main development language, JDK is the development kit, uses the Tomcat server, chooses MySQL is the backstage database, using the latest J2EE technology,which goal is to help customers overcome the difficulties of traditional resources construction of education resources and realize the shareness of education resources, realized the cross-platform, modularization, visual management. It can be used not only in education resources sharing and can also be used in school and the construction of regional information platform.This system includes four modules such as education resources, teaching research, membership management and learning evaluation. Education resource module is the most important module, where you can preview, upload and download, search resources freely. Through this platform any teachers can upload and download resources to realize the shareness of education and teaching resources . Teaching research module mainly includes education television, training resources, resource BBS, with a view to promote teachers' personal growth and teaching ability. In the membership management module there are individual user and institutional user. Learning evaluation module contains many examination questions through which teachers can share various subjects'questions and the parents give guidance in study to their child easily.
