Design And Realization About Raohe Local Tax Bureau Organ Style Evaluation System Based On Web

Style is the centralized embodiment of professional ethics,quality and management level of a unit. Organ style construction is one of the important content of party construction. It directly relates to the image of the party and government, and the success of failure of career. Local tax organs, as an important economic government functional departments, bears the burden of collecting taxes. Their style is directly related to the government's prestige and image.With the development of the Internet, the network has become one of the most important factors of people's daily life and work. The evaluation system based on Web also have sprung up rapidly, and widely used in various work. However, the existing evaluation system exists some problems to be solved. In order to construct a more useful, more perfect system, we must face these problems and come up with a solution.In view of the current department authority departments and personnel exist such as service consciousness is not strong, the working efficiency is not high, carelessly thought learning problems, such as reference for other evaluation system of fine thoughts and methods, combining the actual local taxation bureau Raohe county, this paper designs and develops a based on Web, more roles participation of Raohe land tax organ style evaluation system.The system use the JSP website designing language, the MVC pattern to separate model layer level, control layer level and view level for the goal of reducing coupling coefficient. We also introduced the current very popular framework: Struts + Spring+ Hibernate into our system, realizing the requirement about the main function of evaluation organ style. Core module of our system includes landing module, evaluation module, inquiry module and management module.In landing module, users of this system is divided into three categories as tax staff, assessment team members and administrators. Different groups of users with different permissions, and system function demand is different also.When landing the evaluation system, the system verify user's accounts and passwords, according to the user's identity by searching corresponding data in the table, so as to realize the multi-users and multi-roles participation. As an evaluation system, the evaluation module is the most important part of this system. According to the examination scope and request of Raohe local tax bureau, we concentrated on designing this module. Scoring process often has some subjective factors in it. In order to make the evaluation more accurate, fair and objective, this paper uses AHP arithmetic to accurately make sure the weight of each big assessment index score for some unit, detailedly expounding calculating score process and give out the formula.In the detailed designing of each module, each function is discussed deeply, and we pointed out corresponding work flowchart. In order to make the effect more apparent, this paper also shows operation and debugging on the system, vividly shows system working condition. This system has targeted, evaluation method, scientific, objective, the process of assessment, and flexibility, etc. The system has good future application prospect.
