Mobile positioning service enables the users employ positioning business usingmobile phone to posit themselves or others when users does not have specialpositioning device. Users can posit themselves or others also can track themselves orothers. Mobile positioning service has some characteristic that the GPS satellitepositioning does not have. The terminal equipment of GPS satellite positioning costshigh, portability and bad signal. Based on the above development purposes, wedevelopedsecondmobilepositioningserviceplatformbasedonGISand3G.SMS interface, as one of the important interaction way with users in thepositioning service platform, is the key research contents. It can communicate withusers and the other related module. It can deal with all kinds of messages form usersor system and translate the messages to their destinations. The business process ofsystem joins some securitymechanism to ensure users and the securityof the system.SMS interface we developed can not only allow users to use their mobile terminalposit themselves or others also can communicate with other related module. Whenuser registered other user using other interface or posit other user, the SMS interfacemustinformuserwaitinguser'scorresponding.SMS interface in this paper realized the function of communication with phoneusersandthesystem.First,thispaperanalyzedthestatusofSMSserviceindustryanddeclared the topic source. Second, it analyzed SMS network components of thesystem and the function the SMS interface to achieve, combining the wholeframework structure of the system. Third, it analyzed and designed several mainbusiness process of the SMS interface. At the same time, the paper designed theunified format communication protocol between SMS interface, cell phone users,control center, locating center, registration center and identify right center. Differentcommunication protocol means different meaning. Finally, this paper developed theSMS interface. Analyzing of the communication protocol, we achieved serialprogramming class which was based on multi-threaded serial. This paper developed theSMSinterfaceusingGMSmodelofDTP_T09Ctypeashardwarefoundation.Thefocus is the short message encoding and decoding method, the short messagereceiving and sending patterns and SMS interface Mobile Location System and thesecondary interactions were studied in detail. Then we developed SMS interfacemodule in VC + +6.0 environments. Through testing, the development of the system,has been basically completed all the requirements, can communicate with cell phoneusers and the positioning system. Now, the system has been delivered for use, it canworknormallyandtheperformanceisstable.The development of the system allows users to real-time monitoring themselves,and can handle business according their intend. The SMS system enables the positserviceplatformmoreintelligent,convenientfortheusers.
