With the increasing degree of aging, "lonely elderly people" become more and more. With the rapid development of social economy, it also will accelerate the rhythm of people's life; the family's concerns and the care of "lonely elderly people" are less and less. Because older, disease and other reasons, the insecurity factors of "lonely elderly people" are increasing. Water, electricity, gas and a large number of unsafe use of home appliances and other factors, making the intelligent monitoring and alarm device be more closely the daily lives of residents.This intelligent monitoring for the current needs of the family, adopting PIC MCU of PIC18F252 and wireless short message module-TC35i core, 128×64 dot matrix LCD screen as a man-machine interface, information exchange, on-site environment with multiple detectors real-time monitoring. When an exception occurs, the system automatically through a wireless network to a pre-set phone to send the binding information, notify the relevant personnel in a timely manner.This paper describes the four parts of family monitoring alarm device development process and design principles.The first part is mainly about the family monitoring alarm in the background, purpose and status at home and abroad. Home Intelligent alarm system design for monitoring, including the system's composition and working principles.The second part introduces the hardware details of the family intelligent monitoring alarm device. Alarm installations adopt PIC MCU of PIC18F252 as the control, according to the system's functional requirements, the design of the device circuit includes the following sections: the main controller PIC18F252, LCD circuits, TC35i messaging and voice parts, indoor environment monitoring module circuit , a short distance unlimited remote control part and the power circuit.The third part of the family intelligent monitoring alarm device software design. This system uses the MPLAB C18 compiler to compile. Software components including the main program, the LCD screen display program, short messaging program, interrupt routine, the clock program.The fourth part describes the family monitoring alarm device anti-jamming design. Analyzing the possible noise sources of the system working environment, combined with various anti-jamming measures, developing the program for this applications device.
