The Design And Implementation Of Foreign Card Acquiring System

This paper mainly introduced foreign card acquring system in commercial banks. The author had the honor to join in the testing of the system. This paper described the structure and functions of this system in detail, according to the process which is Needs analysis-System planning-System Outline design-System detailed design-Fuction realization.Foreign card acquiring System is one of the important part in the bank system.From the functional point of view,the system includes three parts, they are foreign card acquiring business,batch settlement processing and platform management. From the architecture point of view, the system consists of four parts,which are terminal system,main control system,wild card lead system and integrated services batch system.Foreign card acquiring system provide support and protection for the foreign card acquiring business,while improving the efficiency and security of foreign card acquiring business.By introducing the whole business function of foreign card acquiring,this paper focuses on the wild card lead system which is one of the most important part of the foreign card acquiring system.Wild card lead system is the connection bridge between the bank system and the wild card organizations.This system is mainly used for exchanging the communication message between the bank and the wild card organizaions, transferring and processing the settlement files.It is composed of three parts they are trading, batch and platform.The program of trading and batch is written by the program language UNIX C, including POS/ATM trading and settlement batch etc.The program of platform is written by the program language JAVA and JAVA SCRIPT, including user logon and settlement confirm etc.Wild card lead system which is based on the UNIX develop envirment is the most important part of Foreign card acquiring system.It provide a efficient, reliable,flexible and comprehensive solution for real-time transacting trading information and allocating transactions.So the system help the bank to improve the speed of foreign card acquiring, the rate of success and the security, while reducing the cost of maintenance. Totally, foreign card acquiring system enrich the way of acquiring,and increase the revence of acquiring business.The system makes it possible for foreign card acquiring and provides new channels and direction for the development of the bank.
