Network optimization work also mainly divided into the wireless network optimization and core network optimization two aspects. Core network optimization aims to improve its mobile network operation quality and network operating indexes at the same time, in order to improve users'perception as the foundation, pay more attention to in solving end-to-end network and service network Settings, enhancing the rationality, the promotion network resources utilization, eliminate hidden dangers and reduce network operation risk, improve end-to-end network and service quality, enhance network meet the future of new technology and new business development capability,In the article.we first introduces the mobile communication system the current development situation, and introduces the GSM nets and WCDMA network basic network structure and development of the basic situation and GSM network to 3G network evolution process.
