The paper provides a conceptual framework for Regionalized Medical Information Grid, shows how to model EHR exchange profile, to make interoperability in distributed metadata, and to update data then implement "active push" from web resources.The paper studies on the CD A and openEHR model for "metadata" with patients' performance category, the metadata for EHR ontology model should be designed to make the exchange possible. Medical service practitioners will get the patients healthy information with a grid model which can communicate each other,the grid network gives a middleware named Web Service that can packaged from medical services.The aim is to gather and retrieve the field items from a record,to enrich the exchange model.In the design of metadata-based Healthy exchange model, we can get a deployment of Web Service to the container, and push the right healthy resources to users. The advantages of Grid-based Web Service:it is a possible way to encapsulize the heathy information and resources profile document to a Web Service using ontology and metadata standard in the regional medical system, to classify and abstract the concept of users'healthy query, diagnosis record and healthy performances.The obstacle is obviously to share the profiles between the distributed networks in the common environment, however, The learner performance category structured with metadata can eliminate the gaps between the-same-meaning data with different format. The users have no need to consider the original provider and the structure of the web service, but the self-healthy needs. The thoughts using weighted-term query to optimize the query keyword will take the individual requirements of the users into account and make a systematic learning model for further "personal push".The main progress is centered on:the core structure design of healthy performance ontology, the progress of key-oriented and web service retrieving, construction of grid-based service and access regulation, the simulation of healthy service query and push conditions. The studies show that the more information is exchanged, the better adaptive web service is achieved.
