At present, it lacks standardized and effective management for production of pharmaceutical logistics in our country. Inefficient distribution system and frequent circulation of counterfeit drugs lead great drug safety risks for public. To improve the efficiency of pharmaceutical logistics, implement drug production traceability management, bring economic benefits to the various types of businesses and end users of pharmaceutical logistics system, and achieve standardized management for collection, storage, processing and sharing of drug information, we propose the issue to apply RFID technology into production of pharmaceutical logistics. This paper starts around the above topic.This paper introduces the development of pharmaceutical logistics at home and abroad, combining the most basic needs of the topic, which are the correct and effective acquisition, storage, circulation management, and uploading for sharing of the drug information, proposes the establishment of pharmaceutical packaging information management system based on RFID, and also describes the hardware and software design and implementation of the system.The system is designed based on 8-bit MCU C8051F120 and by module based on functional requirements. The data is transmitted between system and the external through UART or wireless technology.HCI is the interface between system and users, which is designed to achieve a prompt of the drug production line information and the management. Information prompt is completed through LED display screen. Information display is controlled by micro-controller which transmits data or commands with the master through pre-set protocol. The keyboard and LCD display are designed for user management. The control commands are displayed on the LCD screen by menu. It is easy to use and completes the system management correctly and effectively. This paper describes the hardware design and software implementation of the above LED, LCD and keyboard.As the core of the system, information processing module verifies the collected data, completes storage and uploads to the remote PC. This chapter introduces the system MCU and its selection at first, and then describes the storage system design, which is an important part of the system. The storage system is divided into three levels according to demand, including temporary storage and main storage. The chapter mainly describes the temporary memory FM31256 and main memory AT45DB161B and their interfaces with MCU, the data storage structure design based on memory and the upper application development. This section also introduces RTC implementation of the system.Finally, we have integrated debugging for the system, test the system function on the simulated pharmaceutical packaging production line which is set up by ourselves, modify the deficiencies of the original design, and achieve the system functional requirements.
