In order to implement the scientific concept of development and promote the modernization of Hainan Power Grid Corperation by information technology and technological innovation, while also addressing the management pressure brought about by the rapid growth of infrastructure projects planned investment, Hainan Power Grid Corporation decided to build a project management system.The representative project management software such as SAP (systems, applications, and products in data processing) PS (Project System) module and Oracle Primavera P6 software is suitable for a strong matrix organization, which is generally as party B (designer, the construction side, supplier) in infrastructure project construction. It is difficult to manage projects efficiently and in efficiency using SAP PS moudule or Oracle Primavera P6 for Hainan Power Grid Company (the owner),which has been dominated by functional organizational structure (weak matrix organization) for decades and generally as Part A in infrastructure project management. They ultimatelly selected Shenzhen Hirisun Technology Co., Ltd. (HIRISUN) to build the software system for them.The PMI's PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) was intruduced in the master thesis. The core concepts of SAP PS module and The Oracle Primavera P6 Project Management products series was explained too.Based on the Hainan Power Grid Corperation's organizational structure and each department's work cntents, the key management roles were identifyied, use cases were planned, and system bounderies were confined. The use cases diagram, use case's text description, system sequence diagrams, and the initial domain model was provided on a selected business domain of anually construction batch releasing.The system's architecture was determained by the system's functional and non-functional requirements. The proposal of subsystem and module's patitioning was presented based on the system's functional requirements.The design sequence diagrams, the communication diagrams, the supplementary operation contracts, and final refined domain model was provided based on the key abstraction of the business domain of anually construction batch releasing. A small amount of pseudo code of the system was also extracted in the paper.The system's impletation, testing and lanuching were introduced. After a summary and outlook on the system, a list of use cases for functional decomposition was presented, which is analysed and designed by the author himself.
